sorry its got a suregirip1 knob, it sounds wicked. it's been rotting in a basement since the mid 90s until i got ahold of it. it smokes all the vintage gibsons i've played. the gold plating is badly tarnshed and oddly it doesn't have a quick change tailpeice but a gold one with vines engraved into it.

Welcome Ibanezkid,

You probably mean the "Deluxe fancy tailpiece" mentioned and pictured on Jim Donahues website.

Same goes for this one:

The prices for these knobs are ridiculously high on eBay, so I advice you to make a temporary replacement by means of a Super Grip II, which looks good too and is still available for $6.-
and if a Super Grip I comes along at a decent knob price, swap them and put the Super Grip II in the parts bin, just in case you break a knob.

I wouldn't bother too much about the tailpiece. The Quik Change II are $58.- on eBay, but the fancy one is fully functional. I've seen several Performers offered with the Deluxe Fancy Tailpiece. It doesn't look bad on them. A bit less practical perhaps, but it works.

It would be nice if you could upload a picture of your PF300 in a JPEG format 100 kByte max.

Click on "Formatting" on your left, then go to "Other Formatting", there you find the explanation of how it works.

Looking forward to see your axe, Kid.
