Hi double necks! watched this eBay auction to end without bid, starting bid having been 690Euro. Seems strange to me no collector has taken it. I had asked the seller for the serial number and he responded double necks had no serial numbers which I find hard to believe. Who can tell the truth? Regards :-J Ebay Item #330153468613 |

I've seen some twins where the serial number was stamped on the back of the 6-string headstock but the 12-string side was empty. |

Double neck Ibanez axes were launched in 1974, so these had no serial numbers on either of the two backplates, only "Made in Japan". From august 1975 on there was an additional serial number stamped in one of the backplates. Harry |
