Strings tells me in another thread that the "pride" stamp on the control cavity cover actually pre-dates my AR100 A80xxxx by a couple of years, yet I've seen the same stamp on AR models from 81, 82 and 83. Did they simply forget to do mine, or was the pride stamp restricted only to certain models after 1978? |

Two of my Artists had it; 1982 AR112 and 1986 AR120. However my 1977 2618-12, 1990 AM300, and 1998 AR200 did not. The Bear |

78 2622s got 'em...unless it "wore off" which Bob mentioned...and they often do without leaving a trace |
