I hate to bust chops here, but its these kind of ebay auctions that really me off ! Ebay Item #130146424443 No mention of the hacked up gaping hole where some idiot put a strap peg -easy to see, its right below the seperation of the neck/body-which is also not mentioned. In addition, looks like the previous owner had a LARGE belt buckle.. I just don't understand why sellers refuse to list the obvious.....Oh yea the EQ doesn't work right, but well seller states no one useses it anyway.... PAthetic |

Dave: What's up with the two holes in the neck, just above the joint seam? Could they be dowels inserted to stabilize a loose neck? |

Some idiot at some point in the past tried to move the strap peg to the back of my AR100 too...Fortunately it's a little further below the seam..I don't know whether to seal it or leave it be..doesn't seem to affect the playability or stability. |

Caveat emptor. Don't bid/buy something unless you've seen enough pictures and talked with the seller to convince yourself the item is clean, or at least matching your expectations. When I see an auction with crappy pictures, I usually let it go. Sometimes the seller is just ignorant. If the seller corrects the auction based on your feedback, I usually think that's a good sign. Just some thoughts... |
