Don't you just want to buy it, take it home, refinish it, and give it the love it deserves? It's got all the original stuff: tuners, pups, etc. just a horrible ding and some extra paint.

Wow, you could set a new record here, Chuck.
Just put some sawdust and Titebond aside to prepare the filler.

I would stain it locally on the filled spots with oak stain and than finish locally with clear coat. No total refin.
Be careful with thinner on those plastic parts.

Well, I did put a bid on it, but not very high. If I win it, it will be worth another hundred or so to restore it to player condition. But I won't win it.

The picture on the back is that guy from the Buggles, right? "Video Killed the Radio Star"? Maybe it was his bass?
