Yes, this has been modded, but what is it exactly? What's it worth? 1976 Artist?

Tim, the only "MOD" that I can see is the pickguard and the creme bobbin pickups. This is an early 2618 (24 fret)the AR50 had creme bobbins but that was starting in '79 if memory serves me correctly, but it was a 22 fretter. |

Thanks, Dave. Are the pickups V2's? |

Tim, assuming they are Ibanez pickups, if they have hex polepieces, on both coils, they are V-2, if they have "normal" slot-screw polepieces on other coil, and just non-adjustable slugs on other, they might be coverless Super 70s. If so, then there is engraving on bottom plate that says "Super 70". They could, however, be just any replacement coverless humbucker, from late 70s or 80s.. DiMarzio, Double Eagle/Gotoh, old Mighty Mite.. all of those came in double-cream bobbin look... |

Tim, Its not likely that they are Ibanez pups, I bet they are Dimarzios...very common aftermarket "upgrade" in the early 80's |
