It's a Frankenstein. Old Ibanez Replica neck put on some other bolt-on body. The body looks like it's made of some decent woods (looks like 50/50 curly maple and mahogany). The neck is older, notice the rounded corners on the fretboard.

It might be an Aria body given the shape of the upper horn.
