This guitar was recently sold on ebay...and now it looks like the buyer wants to get rid of it...for a lower price than he bought it for. Check it out: new posting: http://www.vintageguitar.com/classifieds/details.asp ebay listing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7390288972 |

I emailed that guy just now, and asked him about it. He sent back an email right away with the same pictures from the ebay ad. When I replied and noted that it was the same guitar from ebay, and asked him what's up, he failed to respond. If it's the buyer, he barely would have had time to send payment to the seller (the ad was posted 2 days after the ebay auction ended), let alone have received the guitar. If it's the seller, and the buyer flaked out, he would still have to try to obtain payment within a certain amount of time, or at least notify ebay of the buyer backing out. It just seems fishy to me... (Maybe I'm wrong - what do you think?) |

yeah...this is what happened to me too! I thought I'd start up this post to see if the same happened with others. Why this guy is flipping the guitar so quickly and for a loss of $200 plus bucks is beyond me. Plus...I asked if he was the original owner and he said that he has had the guitar for 5 years. But I also asked for the serial number and he gave the same one as that which was listed on ebay so it's definitely the same guitar |
