I may have the opportunity to buy a '79 CN 250 for $500. This looks like a nice guitar: So does anyone here have a CN 200/250? I'm just curious as to what people think of this series. I'm not real familiar with the CN series, but it looks like a pretty sweet guitar. What do you think? |

Eric....These are very nice gits, great build and have many of the components of the more expensive Artist series (Tri sounds, Super 80's, Gibralter Bridge & tail, fully bound bodies, Gotoh sealed gear tuners, Velve touch frets etc) These guitars are undervalued IMHO and bargins can be found in todays market. The model was not a commericial success and was only produced in the '77-79 period, with most examples bearing a '78 vintage. They sound great, have a great build and are a fantastic value. |

That was my gut feeling about the CN series. Looks like I'll definitely have to pick one up. Unfortunately, this one was sold before I could even go look at it. Bummer. |
