Seeing as how this is Ibanez Collector's World, I was wondering what classic/vintage Ibanez guitars are still on your "want list." My most wanted Ibanez guitars are: 1976-1978 2619 1976-1979 Iceman (set neck, antique violin finish) A CN 200 or 250 1976-1978 2622 1976-1978 2618 If I can get all of those over the next 2 or 3 years I will be a very happy man. Those are some of my all time favorite guitars - and I sure wish I had started going after them a decade ago! Which models are you still looking for? |

Hi Eric, mine can only be my old Musician MC500 or 550 DS possibly '79 through '82, whatever it was. My biggest mistake letting her go. |

Heck, that's too easy a question. Besides one of the original 70's prototype L5 copies in natural with a CARVED top the only other one that quickly jumps to mind is a GB100 (or GB12) in natural finish. Not many of those around, except for the one's GB used to flount on his cd covers... |

Well at the risk of sounding like a broken record (perhaps in the digital era that should be 'scratched CD') I'm still longing for an AM205AV. The ones that have come up recently for auction have almost all been pristine examples of the Ibanez craftmen's art, but oh my, the asking price for them is just plain silly. Well out of my league, I have to say. |

I'm with Johns/Six. My dream guitars are the 2674, 2675, 2676 (My personal favorite of the fancies). But I have to be a bit realistic as these rarely pop up. My current watch list includes (but is certainly not limited to): RS1000CS CA/2405 Black Korina Destroyer, Moderne and IC300. 2604 Artist Acoustic. |

Owning already one of the three carved strats (the one with the botanical figures) I one day hope to own all three of them. So if anybody has and wants to sell the dragon and the eagle carved version...... Oóóóóóórrrrrvallllllllll!!!!!!! Greetz, Harry |

Wasn't there an earlier thread devoted to this? Maybe more along the lines of "what would you like to see reissued?" I guess, there is a difference. |

For me there is only one: the setneck copy of the Gibson Ripper bass with Varitone. |
