Is there any reason a Gibraltar II wouldn't work? Ibanez still makes it and I thought it was the same size/mount as the Gibraltar I. |

Did you see how this thing jumped from $77.63 to $199.99???? Guys, there is something fishy here! Why would someone make a $122.- jump like that? I say it was a shill bid, just in case someone had made a $200+ bid. 80 bucks would have been a decent price. Ginger |

Do you also notice how people pull an item off ebay even when there is active bids and even when they do not make any disclaimer stating they might sell off ebay, guy with a beat up STEVE MILLER did that recently, why even bother listing then?? jazzzz |

Jazz.... Dug this out of the parts drawer....Not Quite NOS, but real close ! The studs have a little rust and some fatigue on the tops, but are still very useable. Sorry I do not have the nuts or washers. If this is of interest, drop me a line @ dgeorge117@comcast.net |

Jazzz, if you click on a member's name, it will start up your e-mail client. If you just want to read the address, left-click and choose properties. Ginger |

Jazzzbo send an email to this shop( see link below) they might have that brigde laying around. If you have a picture of the item you look for , that would help them, because they have lot of parts in stock, but its a bit of a mess in their basement. http://www.mullermuziek.com/index.swf click on contact. |

Ginger, do you have left-handed mouse? With the more usual right-handed mouse (left-)click on ICW username (mailto-link) starts up user's e-mail client and right-click gives the menu. Most web browsers also show the contents of links on bottom bar (browser window's bottom left corner) when mouse pointer is on a link. Juha |

The web-based e-mail services, hotmail etc, are a different thing. E-mail client is run in webbrowser and mailto-links don't work with it. In this case right-click - properties - copy e-mail address - paste to to-field is one way to send e-mail to ICW members. Juha |

Oh yes, of course. I use symmetrical Logitech Pilot mice, which I program for the left hand, although I'm right-handed. It's an ergonomics thing. Did you ever notice that the right edge of your keyboard is further away from the middle that the left edge? THIS is exactly the cause of RSI (tip from the Fraunhofer Institute for ergonomics research). I use these old Logitech Pilot mice with MicroSoft Natural keyboards for my work. BTW: MicroSoft did NOT invent the principle of the Natural Keyboard. It's predecessor was developed by the Fraunhofer Institut and the Marquardt company, but they cost 650 guilders in the early '90s. My first MicroSoft Natural keyboard was 175 guilders in 1997. I still use it (and I have a half dozen replacements, mostly cheaper Elites but I recently found another original one). My computers change, but my keyboards and mice stay the same. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tastatur Ginger |

Dave_G shows you the right bridge. THAT'S the GIBRALTAR (ONE) NICHROME. All you need is two metric nuts (stainless steel for instance) and two washers. Since Dave is USA, you will have low shipping cost and he has a good reputation. So it seems to me that that part of the problem has in fact already been solved. Tailpieces are not that important. Koreans of $9.95 will fit too. And if you find a Quik Change II later, you replace it just like a set of strings. Mr Roadstar wrote that you can use certain Grover machineheads in Ibanez guitars without drilling extra holes. Did you come to an agreement with Dave? Ginger |
