Hi, interested in hearing more about your Ibanez doubleneck SG (If you have one for the case ?). /Steph. |

steph, i bought a double neck with a very nice case that now has two holes poked in it because of rough treatment by ups and poor packaging by the mgr that sold it to me. you can not ship a guitar by wrapping cardboard around the case without padding. luckily, the set neck white sg copy was not damaged. orval |

Orval, I am just looking at a set neck white SG copy here in Sweden, with original replacement mics and in quite ok shape. This is a 79 but I am not 100% sure it is a real copy because if you look at it besides a doubleneck Gibson it has som differences. Do you have any pictures of yours ? What is the serial number of yours. What did you pay ? /Stefan |

Stef I too have a doubleneck SG copy; this time a 77 bolt-neck model in cherry red (with the case). You're quite right, it's a little different from a Gibson (3 pickup/neck switches instead of the 2 on a Gibson, and offset tuners on the necks instead of the Gibson arrangement-the offset ones are easier to use) |

I'll join in here - my SG twin came with it's original HSC which is one of those 70's type cases covered in a sort of cloth looking material. It's sound but looks a bit average. I'll try and take a photo for you. In the interim here's a pic of the guitar, Cheers Russ |
