I'll paste my ebay description...1982 Ibanez Musician MC-150 This guitar is my baby, and was my main Axe for years! THE BAD: A year ago, a glass ashtray fell from a shelf and hit the guitar on it's way down. The neck was chipped on the fifth fret on the edge... IT IS NOT NOTICABLE WHEN PLAYING...does not affect playability whatsoever...but it is there. I tried to photograph this but it is small and I couldn't get it to show up on a photo. Also, the LOWER horn FINISH was chipped as well...this did photograph...see pics. The chip is about the size of a nickel. There is also a VERY small nick in the other horn...couldn't get it to show in a photo...small! The top of the headstock is nicked slightly as well. Some slight scratches on the back. The neck HAD a small crack in it near the headstock at one time but was professionally repaired. I bought the guitar with the crack in it and it has never bothed me at all. It IS there, but the neck is straight and true!! I ALMOST let that imperfection stop me from buying this axe years ago and I am glad I did not...it's hair this and has been professionally fixed...really no biggie. The Cloud tailpiece is missing (can be purchased at Ibanez dealers as it's the same as the Artist). Previous owner installed little cubic zurkonium gems where the fret dots are...but I really like this as you can see what you're playing in almost any lighting condition. THE GOOD: Overall this guitar is in very good condition. You have to get up real close to see the "ashtray chip", and other than that the finish looks awesome and the Guitar looks SWEEEET. The hardware is in exceptional condition...better than almost all of the Musician guitars I see on Ebay. Action is mint, as is the playability. Plays and souds like a dream!!! I have had MANY Ibanez Musicians over the years... a2 78's, 2 79's and 2 82's...and the 82's are BY FAR AND AWAY the best playing and sounding in the series. I paid almost $600 for this guitar 5 years ago!!! This axe is currently my backup (main axe is ANOTHER 82 musician!) and If I did not need the money badly I WOULD NEVER EVER SELL THIS GIRL!!!...PERIOD. Basically, if it werent for the "ashtray incident" this guitar would be TOTALLY MINT...but even still it is very nice. From a couple of feet away the guitar looks Brand New! COMES WITH ORIGINAL HARDSHELL CASE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION!!!
