Does anyone have a spare or know of one for sale anywhere?

Mark,
You can check with any big name retailer.I went to Barnes & Noble and even though it's out of print they had copies of the book stored in a warehouse somewhere and 2 weeks later I had one.This was almost a year ago but they said they had many more left.
