Nice looking guitar that i have no info on.. Just this pic from the auction website. I don't even know wether it's vintage or brand new. Anyone knows? Could it be worth a hundred bucks? |

A300... does that ring a bell? Found a brown sunburst example on the internet, with the same fret inlays and tulip-type head. But there is no futher info on any "A300" model. http://www.grouseguitars.com.au/ibaneza300bs.htm |

Ramjac: I can't see the image in the Photobucket link. If you can post it here (see the Image Upload FAQ on the menu to the left), or send it to me via email, I'll take a look. I did find info on the A300 from the second message in the '79 acoustic catalog. The A stands for Arched Back series. |

It worked! Curious to see what information you gathered from the catalog. This must be a A300, or..? |

That must be it, John, Ramjac, there's an A300 in the 1979 acoustic catalog. It looks like yours. Can you read the serial number in your guitar (possibly on the label or also branded on the base of the neck inside)? |
