I recently won the auction for a V390 with the neck in need of a reglue. Of course I got the guitar today, and went straight to my luthier. The good news is that it is fixable, and will only need a new truss rod. (easy fix) The bad news is that it will not be the most aesthetically pleasing one out there as the jerk who owned it before me thought that you used a chisel to remove a guitar neck. So some wood is missing. Oh well, I will re-glue, re-attach, re-bind and re-clear this guitar and use the hell out of it. Here are the pics. /image{head} /image{head} /image{head} /image{head} |

Hi, I have a V-390 too, your pickguard looks very different to mine, is it original? I saw that one on ebay too, you were a brave man! What did you pay for it? |
