Sibly: They aren't ringing a bell. What makes you ask? |

Thanks to hanging round here the last year or so, reading what you experts have read, i think i'm pretty up on the whole past (well, a lot of it) series, but these were sth new... i reckon it's a euro-specific thing again... |

I actually reckon the "H" one is being misread by the owner, and it should be an M310 (model not in the cats but comes up a few times when googlin). These prolly didnt have electrics when they came out did they, meaning the one of offer has been "improved". Sibly: I think this is something German/European-only. I magnified the image of the label and although blurry, I'd say it appears to be an H. If it was an M, the body would be Maple. The little bit of the body you can see is definitely not Maple, probably Mahogany. I just had an inquiry about an '82 M312, 12 string. This was not in the US catatlog, either. But two ICW members had already stated that they had one and even posted a picture of one, so I know they exist. The differences between the M312 and M342 look to be cosmetic; chrome vs. gold hardware, no headstock or fretboard binding. Appears that the H310 follows the same pattern. I have seen one or two other early acoustics that have on-board EQs. But documentation on acoustics is very hard to find, so I can't confirm the facts about when and what models. |

Cheers John, interesting indeed. Might mail the seller, though prolly give this one a miss... overdone things lately Does the EQ look early 80s to you though? |
