I picked this Ibanez model # ew20asent acoustic up yesterday. Photo is off Ibanez website, the guitar I bought looks a heck of a lot better than this photo... the wood (Ash) on mine is really sweet. 10x better than this photo. It has active electronics, (It has a built in tuner and out of phase switch built in with the rest of the volume/tone controls) Pretty neat, affordable. I would suggest not using Ash for an acoustic but... the guitar is really good to go when plugged in and amplified. I also bought another one (different Ibanez model acoustic I think it's a eb20gbnt, real nice) gave it to my girlfriend. That one is real nice too. I'd recommend either one for a decent little acoustic that you would not care too much if it took a few hits or something. |

Looks real nice Bob. In fact, it looks like a Breedlove that's featured in their 2006 calendar (that's hanging over my desk at work). What kind of money are we talking about? |

John, it is nice actually. $300 out the door. The other model I got for my girl is totally sweet too. I had a hard time deciding which to give her. I think I will get the other model for my self as well, and the other one, which is more pleasing to the eye, was $200 out the door, both guitars are well worth that expenditure. I will post a photo of the one I got for my girl. Here it is.... |
