Hi all, When I was a lot younger and stupid (28 years ago) I removed the original machine heads from my prized 684BK and replaced them with a set of Ibanez hexagonal shaped heads. Now there is nothing wrong with those replacement heads as they have stood the test of time and many gigs. However, this guitar is in semi retirement at the moment and I would like to restore it to its original splendour. So far I have been unable to source any machine heads of the correct type anywhere. Can anybody help me on this one? Is there a Concorde out there that's broken and beyond repair that could possibly be a suitable donor? Cheers The Busker 76 |
