As above, cherryburst out of a pawnshop in Oz,needs a bit of work, missing some tuning pegs apart from that and some fret wear, pretty clean. All the screenprinting has worn off the scratchplate. Will polish up nicley but.Looks like real pearl inlays if I'm not mistaken. |

Scrooge, you stole this guitar at that price, you can buy the generic Gibson pickguard to bring it up to speed and yes they are the real deal inlays. Keep On Rockin' Cameron |

Sinder2000: Check for a serial number somewhere, like the headstock, label inside or on the neck block inside. A model number would also help. |

Sinder2000: Here's a catalog page showing the 684-12: http://www.noahjames.com/vintagepage/2001acoustics/concordpage1.jpg It says it from an '81 catalog. I can't tell from your serial number what year it's from. It's got a 78 in it, so maybe? |

Could that be a "B78****"? Or did the acoustics use a different serial number format? Cheers Steve |

Steve Thanks Looked again it's stamped upside down kind of hard to read. It is a B781528 Guess that makes it a Feb 78. |
