I've got the above mentioned guitar of great sentimental value and the bridge has come off taking some of the finish with it. How do I go about restoring it? Please Help!! |

check www.frets.com for some idea on what the repair involves and then I would contact the man behind the website for a recommendation on a repair person in your area. I would just go with a bridge reglue (and whatever work needs to be done to the bridge plate underneath) and probably skip messing with the finish unless it was badly messed up.` |

ah it sounds as if the bridge was glued on after it was finished. Can you post a pic of the damage? Also does the top seem like it is pulling upward at the saddle area? |
