Hi all!

First of all: happy new year for all of you!

To kick things off for going "back to reality" I've found this one on a Dutch auction site...
Almost started crying when I saw what was done to this rare bird....

my picture

Hope this is not a bad omen for what the new year will bring us....

Kind greetz,
Harry

Harry, there is a saying, "one bad apple does not spoil the whole basket".

Happy New Year

Hmmmm....Brian, I guess we Dutch have a more pessimistic nature, because OUR saying is that is DOES....
But hey, it's the first of January and you're right.....let's hope for better things to pop up on auction sites.
Cheers,
Harry

Yeah I think you are right about that saying Harry. My 12 year old daughter told me it DOES also. I think I got confused with an old Motown 70's song that said my version. Anyway I agree that we should hope for better.

Hi to all !

Would you like to see one more ?
green-one-1

My Newby 2006 for my working room.

Model 884 from 1962
Broken Scratchplate
Bad Replacement for the rocker switcher
handpainted green color (uggly)
Neckplate with one more screw - lift up the fretboard
totally rusty parts and dirty (never cleaned since years)

Hard work, and a broken heart for the first day in 2006.

Any examples too ?

Happy newyear

Hasy

Hello,
I guess some of you are familiar with this:

http://www.qksrv.net/click-1802666-10381315?loc=http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI .dll%3FViewItem%26item%3D

Not very pretty either.
I bought it!

Anybody know what kind of tremolo arm can be used as a replacement? (My Jazzmaster one is too long and keeps falling out).

WOOPS, SORRY,
I meant: http://www.qksrv.net/click-1802666-10381315?loc=http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI .dll%3FViewItem%26item%3D7357139738

Hope this works. (If not I will stop bothering everybody and take some time out to learn how to use a computer properly).

BJJ.
