Hihihi, I didn't mention anything..... I refer to them to my wife as the beauty and the beast. The burgundy one is TOP as you know. The beast is a proper description for the black one, that might need some mayor surgery. Carved top setnecks. What more could I want (except for the AV finished one? ) Paul |

Thanks Harry. I'll try to shoot some good pics for you. At least of the winered one. It is very, very nice. BTW. I noticed the catalogues refer to the fretboard as ebony but they are the same stained rosewood as used on other LP models. Another Ibanez inaccuracy or did you guys know this? Paul |

Ouch!!!! Is that a severe crack, caused by a fall? Looks like the wood of the body is cleaved.... Planning to restore it? Harry |

Yeah. The body is split over about 15 cm from the edge of the body towards the neck and the split is just over halfbody deep. It runs slightly further than the strapbutton. The split is about 1 mm wide. I don't know what to do with it yet. It seems pretty stable. I guess I should at least fill it up with glue or something. We'll see. Paul |

Paul I think you should use epoxy or something like that. Harry |
