Hi. I recently purchased a 1978 PF 300 NT Les Paul copy. It plays great. It has Super 70's Pu's with low action. It's the solid body set neck type. These are in fact better players, I believe, than the lawsuit models. It's a player not a collectible. The binding is a little stripped on one side, and it has several dings. I want to sell it because I just can't get comfortable with it. How much do you thnk it is worth? Thanks, guys |

I'd say it's worth a buck o five or so... Actually... Pictures would really be helpful in this case. Off the cuff? Maybe between 300-600 dollars. OHSC? Original hardware? How much wear (frets, buckle, etc etc). |

I dont know how to load pics here. It's complicated. It has a hard shell case that was sold to me as original, but I dont think it is. It does fit the guitar perfectly so I may be mistaken. All original hardware with no wear by the buckles, but the frets have minimal wear, nothing affecting playability. The sound is perfect. Electronics work great. it's pretty much clean in the front with one ding on the lacquer, but the back has several nicks. And the binding is stripped on one side like I mentioned. Thanks |

BTW - 2006 Vintage Guitar Magazine Price guide lists the Performer PF300 from Low: $500 - High $600. Not that the book is the gospel, but it's a decent range. It's interesting to contrast the prices from the 2005 book to the 2006. |

Thanks! I think I know where I'm going with it now. |
