I recently found a Ibanez I would like more info on. It's a arch top and back full size Jazz style guitar. The tag says "The worlds supreme quality Ibanez Salvador" copy of a Raffaele Calaee. Hand numbered #380. I would guess pre WW2. What a nice guitar. I wonder if the guitar it was a copy of was as good. |

Hey Mr Misfit, there not a lot of written info about these old basses and guitars, all I can tel you is that it appears in the 1962-64 model range and would be more than likely made from Mahogany. Captain Ibanez
