My first guitar was the L6 2451nt. It is in good to excellent condition - all original parts. But there are no serial numbers. Can anyone tell me why the serial number would be missing and what the guitar would be worth?

Hi there T
The serial number should be on the back of the headstock and if it's not then it is probably pre-1975/6 - John will probably be able to give you a better pointer to the exact year they started.
As for value I haven't seen any on E-Bay in the last 6 months - I paid about US$350 for mine recently from a local dealer but wouldn't know whether that is good / bad or indifferent!
From my viewpoint it's a bargain with an awesome range of sounds and a great neck.
