This is an Ibanez Custom Agent. Technically, not a true replica of the Les Paul, but certainly inspired by it. There are some threads of discussion on Custom Agents in the Vintage and Custom section.

The guitar you found does not have all the original parts. Check out the guitar in the Ibanez Collectors logo...it's also a Custom Agent (only all original!)

For some reason many bought these guitars and tried to turn them into LPs by changing the pickguards. Pretty futile since the headstock and body inlay are glaring indicators that this is no Gibson! Anyway, lots of CAs are altered.

Besides swapped parts, another trick is finding them with the headstock completely intact.
