hey dave, that looks like a blazer with a wood finish. musicians were neck thru's making it impossible to be a musician body. could be a concert though.

Not so sure about 'custom made' - it was on almost every Blazer headstock.

Too bad the knobs are cracked they maybe worth more than the whole guitar(Too some ?)

btw...while these guitars are not common, they certainly are not rare. I'd say I see them maybe every other month. They also show up in Europe.
