What to pay for an AS-50 in nice condition with case? I don't really know. |

I assume you're talking about the Artist early 80's version as opposed to the later ArtStar version... I've seen nice ones go for over $800. Keep in mind there's a V2 version, a Super 58 version and a very rare V2/58 hybrid version. The V2's are a hot pickup as opposed to the PAF-like Super 58. Nice guitar. Smaller than an ES335 but larger than an AM50. mk |

Yes, I think it's 1981 with covered PAF style pickups, "Artist" guitar. |

Recently bought mine for 670Euro, although with Seymour Dunan pickups and two sure grips replaced. Seller bought it for 700EUro two years back. Well, the dollar is weak these days, so this must look really expensive from the dollar perspective... :-J |
