Actually after trying it its not too long the length is fine but the upper horn will not allow it to fit.

Thank you for checking Jazzbo! If anyone knows of an available case for an ST-50 or knows of an interchange type will-fit substitute, let mne know please.

I watched eBay for a while over the last few months and cases for the Studio's do come up. The 'Vault' cases run around $150-175 on average.

I got one for mt ST-100 a few weeks back for $125. Mine had been living in a Calzone flight case (made for a P bass) for the last 28 years. When I bought it new I was too young to know there was a special case made for it. It was nice to see it reunited after sooo long.

They are out there. If I see any, I'll post a link.

Will your case fit my 2672? It is the same as the 2617 but has the vines.
