there are no model markings or anything. The serial starts out with F9....... I cant remember it all off the top of my head. So I think it could be an 89'? Its got a floyd rose tremolo and 5 pickups. Its really dark green infact I thought it was black when I purchased it. It has a thin neck probably some kind of wizard. 24 frets. Its got the two chrome nobs and the 5 way switch. The bodies horns or whatever come to a sharp point. The body style looks real similar to a JEM style body. If you want I can send you the rest of the serial number and maybe a picture. |

Look like this? http://www.mts.org/ibanez/rg570/rgfull.jpg - keep in mind, these are outdoor pics. The green is much darker indoors. Pictures do speak a thousand words. You can also search through the Ibanez Register. http://www.ibanezregister.com/Gallery/gallery.htm Scroll down to the RG Series and start hunting... Also, if you're really patient, you can mail (post) pictures to Ibanez for 'official' identification. You can find the addie on Ibz's website. |

Ah, that changes everything. I'd bet you can find it on the Ibanez Register. |

I'll try getting a picture because there are just too many guitars to look through. I'll have to get batteries for my digital camera. |

Clark: The serial number only helps with when it was made. Here's a link to the '89 and '91 catalogs. See if anything looks familiar. http://www.ibanezrules.com/catalogs/us/1989/index.htm http://www.ibanezrules.com/catalogs/us/1991/index.htm |
