Hello,

I have this guitar. I bought it on ebay in March of 2004. It is mint, pristine, without scratch, ding, dent, or blemish of any kind.

However, I did not record what I paid for it. As best I can recall I paid in the $300.00 to $400.00 range.

Question 1: What is it worth today? It is not for sale. I'm going to keep it. I might never find another one as clean as this one is. I simply want to know its value and I am asking those more knowledgeable than I am in this area for their opinions.

Uestion 2: What other 12 string electric, solid body guitars did banez make and what uear were they made? I know the RT452 was only made in 1993.

Hey guys,

Sorry about the poor quality of the pics. The guitar really is pristine, it's the photographer that doesn't know what he's doing.

Nice guitar Arney.

I'm a big fan of the RT series. They only lived one short year ('93), but there seem to be several of the 6 string models around, and they are not too hard to acquire. They usually go for $200-300. Did you know your guitar has a posh pull pot that taps the coils?

I have a couple RTs myself, a beat up RT150, and an RT450, which I bought in dead mint, unused condition for $300. The RT452 retailed for $699. So I suppose $300-400 sounds fair.

As for other 12 string models, there were a couple offered every year. You can browse through the catalogs at ibanezrules.com
