So my girlfriend has this pale pink Roadstar II that I can't identify by looking through the catalogs. The serial #, as it reads on the neck plate, is F85****. I'm aware that this could indicate that it's either an '85 or '88 but the Pro Rock'r bridge and Top Lok would indicate that it's an '85. It has a rosewood fretboard and a flattop body. Here's the confusing part; it has a single humbucker in the bridge position and a single push-pull volume pot. I can't seem to find a guitar with this color scheme/ electronics combination in the '85 catalog or the catalogs of any other year. I suppose it is possible that the guitar was refinished but there is no way that the electronics have been modified.

To make matters worse her sister got her grubby, irresponsible hands on it and now I'm gonna need to track down a few parts: Trem arm; string lock pad, screw, and washer; v-shaped strap button; and a volume knob. Her sister is maybe one of the most careless college freshman I've met. What a bummer.

Since I'm at work I won't be posting pictures but I can do this when I get home, if necessary. Can anyone identify this or point me to a part source?

Thanks,

Josh

I think I answered my own question. It looks like an '85 RS410 in Cherry Ice. For some reason this model isn't in the '85 catalog on ibanezrules.com. Now we just need to come up with a source for the parts.
