Menu is on the left. The image instructions can be found under "Documentation, Formatting". Pretty simple, really. Steve |

The board did not resize or distort the image. I resized it to allow for posting (100k limit). Steve |

For those who are taking notes on photo reduction techniques, here's four tips: Tip 1: Start by cropping. Here's the same image with all the extraneous background cropped out. This reduces the file dramatically. Tip 2: If you need to "resize" images to make them smaller, remember this order: crop first, then resize. Tip 3: If your photo application has it, try using "sharpening" on your final image to get back some of the detail and "sparkle". Experiment with shapening settings, as too much can rob an image of the subtle shadows and grain patterns. Tip 4: Use JPEG compression to further reduce file sizes when you save your modified image. Don't forget to give the final image a different name than your original file when you save. |

It seems I've inspired a board using lesson rather than a discussion of the guitar. Though I do appreciate the lessons in how to use the software (thanks!): the funny thing is that this guitar is rarer than most Jems that get posted and ogled online. She's the grandmother of the RG family! Yes, I know... she doesn't have an alien vomit paint job and Steve Vai doesn't play one? But the classic lines combined with modern features (to me) makes the RG420BK one of the more interesting Ibanez production designs! Peace |

Unfortunately, there's very little interest in these guitars. That's just fine with me since it's keeping the prices down. Personally, I love my RG420IC. Mine doesn't have the synth gizmo.... Steve |
