Hey gang,

Just wondering if anyone out there knew of an all informative website that would contain information on the ps10-2 iceman that came out in the mid 90s. I purchased mine as soon as i saw the advert in guitar world magazine back in the 90s and its been played steadily ever since both live and at home.

Now its starting to need replacement parts and more care than I am able to give it with my limited information on it.

Thanks ahead of time for any help.

So, what does it need, Coy?

Electronics?
This is the wiring diagram:
http://www.ibanez.com/wiring/wire.asp?y=1995&w=PS10II

The capacitor is in this list:
https://cs.hoshinogakki.co.jp/i-public/faces/Login00.jsp

In this list there are so many 500 kOhm pot with no description, that you don't know what to order, so buy CTS 2 x 500K linear and 1 x 500 K log.
Speed knobs black: part nr 4KB1C2B

3-way toggle switch closed model:
part nr 3PS1J3WTC
3-way toggle switch open model:
part nr 3PS1W3WTG in the list is WRONG because G stands for GOLD.

Toggle switch cap: part nr 4SC1H1B

Mirror pickguard? can't find a part number.
Mirror tailpiece base plate? same problem.
Mirror truss rod cover? same problem.
Perloid knob chrome tuners? part nr 2MH1CG433C

Neck PU AH1: 3 available types, 2 with black allan pole pieces, 1 with nickel slot pole pieces;
Bridge PU AH2: same story
All 6 are in this list:
https://cs.hoshinogakki.co.jp/i-public/faces/Login00.jsp

Bridge: described as 'standard' is in fact full tune II chrome, part nr. 2GB1FT2C .
Tailpiece: no description but is 'standard' chrome, part nr. 2TP1C1C.

All this info comes from www.ibanez.com and of course I used my 1995 catalogue.

This guitar has become a bit problematic since Paul Stanley committed himself to Silvertone.

I ask you...
Of all firewood in the world...
Silvertone!!!
WHYYYYYYYYY??????

Should we take this man serious, or is he growing demented?

Sad, sad...

I hope you have enough answers to your not very specific question.
Oh yeah, buy some Schaller straplocks, because it's a vulnerable guitar (tail and horn).

Good luck,

Ginger
