I bought this guitar second hand in 1985. It was around the time of the Blazer/Roadstar, but the headstock bears neither model name. It simply says "Custom Made Ibanez electric guitar". It looks a lot like the RS315CS's I have seen on the web, but the head is different and certainly the bridge is different. It has a single V2 humbucker, volume and tone pot. Serial number K821019. I thought after owning it for 20 odd years, I had best establish exactly what it is. If anyone has any ideas, greatly apprecaited.

Sometime ago, we saw a mix of the ST(udio) and BL(azer), the SB70, but an SB is NOT what it is. The body is BLAZER, the neck is BLAZER. I found something about a BLAZER BL50 with one humbucker, but the picture on eBay is not available any more. I think we must search in that direction: BL50. What a lovely piece of wood! Ginger |

It's definitely a Blazer neck. The logo is modified just like the neck used on the SB70. Another one of those "rescue" models. It is absolutely NOT a Roadstar. The Bear |

The pickup is a neck position Super70 ( the adjustable poles are inboard). Very interesting... The Bear |
