hey guys, i've got a s370(rrf) that has a trs tremelo that i'd like to swap out with either a edge or lo-pro edge-anyone ever try this? i want to do this because the tremelo always goes sharp when at rest (i have loosened the springs only to have it go sharp yet again!?!), secondly where can i get a V2 pickup? i have them (v1/v2) on my s520 and love the sound, i've tried various seymour duncan pickups but nothing sounds as good (to my ears), thanks for any help. my setup= s370,s520,rg421,rg7421,fernandes dragonfly pro, schecter omen-6,v0x valvetronix ad60vt.

Dav2321,

The Edge (or LoPro Edge) are not direct replacements for the TRS. I test fit an Edge on my brothers S470. The stud spacing and position looked good, but there was not enough clearance in the body rout. I'm sure it can be done, it's just not a drop-in deal.

I've got a couple spare cream colored V2's (look just like Dimarzio Supers). E-mail me if you're interested.

Cheers
Steve

Thanks for the advice Steve, I think now I just may try to block the bridge-kind of a waste though. Not to be too picky but i'm looking for black v2 pickups (I butchered a SD CC by taking out the silver screws and pole pieces and replacing them with the black ones from a v8!)
