Ibanez model 2616cs

Great condition. I'm surprised at how much more output the pups (super 70s) have compared to my 1973-74 model 2355 (spruce top). However, it seems like my 2355 has a little more depth and clarity. Maybe these pups are not super 70s?? I think I prefer the sound of the 2355... However, I like the chunkier neck of the 2616... I'm tring to decide which one's a keeper.... I've had my 2355 for over 10 years. I ultimately want an Ibanez L-5 of course. Aroee Username: Aroee Registered: 10-2004 Posted on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 - 2:15 am:    Both of mine have tune-o-matic bridges and on the 2616 the adjustment screws are facing the tailpiece (which I find rather akward). Anyhow, I'm still adjusting neck and bridge and it's all slowly sliding into place. The previous owner had raised the bridge so high that it had caused the thumbwheel posts to be all bent out of shape. Bridge is sort of 'funky' and is not perfectly in contact with the top as it should.. I'll let you guys know if I sell ;)
