I am a lefty and am looking for AM or AS of anykind. I have found an AM205 for sale, that I actually saw on this site. It is in Switzerland and the price in US comes out to roughly $2000. This seems pretty steap to me, but I am considering it since I never see any nice lefties for sale. I just wanted to get some opinions on what you all think about this price. The guitar is in superb shape. |

Zbash7 , thats about 1507 euros, in extreme cases such as this because its a lefty i would say if you need it really buy it. However normally righthand models are availablle between 850 and 1300 euros. |

Zbash7~ That's a pretty steep price any way you slice it. If you are open for other suggestions, you might start a search for 'lefty' guitars on Gbase here in the states. There are currently 240 left handed guitars of all types listed there. http://www.gbase.com/Stores/Gear/GearList.aspx?GS= Y&PageIndex=1&PageSize=25&SF0=11&SD0=1&SF1=10&SD1= 1&SF2=12&SD2=1&F1=2&F2=2&F3=2&Keyword=lefty&Track= Y Also, if you want a semi-hollow lefty that is very close to an AM or AS style, you might consider contacting Jay Wolfe of Wolfes Guitars in Jupiter, Florida. He is a Heritage Guitar dealer that would make you an AS style Heritage for less than you were quoted for a used albeit vintage AM piece. www.wolfeguitars.com I'm also left handed, but somehow manage to play righty...so I empathize...kinda. |

Or how about a small bodied semi-hollow, solid wood, hand made in the USA Heritage Millenium Ultra?! http://www.gbase.com/Stores/Gear/GearDetails.aspx? Item=789425 |
