hello
i bought a 78 2629 at a yard sale without bridge/tailpiece/fancy cloud thingy/artist truss rod cover and non original pickups. the guy is supposed to ship me the rest of the parts but you know how that goes. all i can seem to find is gold replacement parts. i'm wondering if theres any aftermarket parts that fit this. i'm an ibanez dealer and they were no help at all. i'm lookin to make this a player and not overly worried about originality. if anybody could steer me in any direction beyond ebay that would be great.

Do You mean 2619 artist?
If so the parts are available new from Ibanez..
here is the parts list..
some are new replacement parts ie the truss rod cover (old ones I have somewhere)
and the super 58's but they will fit..

thank you but those are all gold. and new gibrltr stuff's spacing is slightly off. and i believe its a 2629 335 copy.

Gibrlatar hardware should fit all guitars that originally came with them (not gibraltar II)
Here is the parts list for CHROME Hardware Evrything available except for chrome fancy cloud.. Should be able to find this on ebay somehwhere or maybe someone has one here..

thanks you so much for the parts list. chesbro was out of most the parts but i did get what they had. the rest is a 120 day wait. what would you take for the pickups? i got an old dirty fingers gibson neck pickup for partial trade. let me know what you need.

tMost of the parts above will only be available through hoshino USA.. AS they bought the last of them from the manufacturer...
The Flying Finger are only covers not pickups and would rather sell them outright..
