You don't see that one too often.
I found pictures of a natural one:

BTW, I recognize that bridge/tailpiece. I got it when I bought a whole parts bin. I just wanted the golden Schallers in it (removed by an Ibanez collector).

I found the same part is available new from Schaller.

So you don't have to worry about a bridge replacement: the 455 from Schaller.

The guitar is a bit different, but interesting.

Stony,

What finish does your AM67 have? Is it all original or have you replaced any of the parts?

i think the am66 or am67 is only in that kind of natural/yellow color.

never changed anything, all original parts. only thing is, I once changed the neck pu and drilled a hole in the frame (that old three or two hole problem), but set the original pu in again.

So, AM-67 (with a dash) is what it is.
And it's an ARTIST (castle headstock).
And pre-Terada (Nov. 1985), so made by Fuji Gen Gakki. I think the production of this model ended when production of hollow and semi-hollow bodies moved to Terada. There is no AM-66 or AM-67 in my 1988 pricelist.

I find it a very interesting guitar, because it's bridge construction is so different from the others (and because I've been wondering for quite a while on which models that bridge from the parts bin was used on).
