Ace, That guitar has a LOT of corrosive damage ! The pups are green and pitted, the hardware is gone and the frets are totally shot. No, I think this buyer has another $200 to invest in very HARD TO FIND parts to get this baby going and should immediately toss the case and get a new one as the case is probably the culprit at this point-just adding to the corrosion as the guitar is stored. Essentially the buyer got a guitar body in nice shape, and maby a set of tuners.... |

The seller is the guy that bought it from the first auction-looking to make a quick couple of hundred $. Notice how, with a little clean up and "creative poetic licence" this guitar is magically changed to "excellent condition" with no mention of the corrosion of the pickups, frets, & hardware & harness.... |

Yes, I saw that. I remember the seller looking for some replacement parts on ICW after purchasing the guitar. I don't necessarily begrudge the seller: it's a music store, they're in business to make money, they made the effort and they saved someone else the trouble of having to find the parts. In the end, if the guitar makes someone happy, that's all that matters. Besides...I'm sure others here do exactly that: they look for bargains so they can flip the guitar for a few bucks. mk |

the guitar does look better, and if someone does buy it he's going to enjoy it very much. sure better than buying it and repairing it. don't forget ebay purchasing is risk taking and when buying from a store you eliminate the risk almost completely. ***looking for an AS200 in exchange for AM205*** asaf |
