This looks like a very nice one. Too bad the seller has no feedback. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7376494352 |

I can tell you that these GB12s are breathtaking to see, hold and play. Here's an ICW friendly version of the ebay URL, please use it if possible: http://www.qksrv.net/click-1802666-10381315?loc=http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI .dll%3FViewItem%26item%3D7376494352 Because they are part of the "12th Anniversary" run, they should have a slight premium in value over the GB100s. They may not feel or play any better than the GB100s, but the headstock inlay does set it apart. Even though the seller has no feedback, at $1000.00 starting price and no reserve, it would be worth it to contact the seller and try to get any assurances necessary to feel confident about the deal. It doesn't help that he won't accept Paypal. |

Johns, You know me...I'm already on it! I'm only about an hour or so drive from the seller and he has already agreed to allow pickup if I win the auction, so I guess that goes a long way to validating the seller's motives as honorable. js |

Jeff: Sounds good. Did seeing mine at the show influence you on going after this one? |

GB12's are so sweet! And they are extremely rare. Good luck, Jeff. Tim |

Johns, Yes, seeing yours in person planted a seed. I know a lot of people say that pictures don't do this guitar justice, but in this case, its absolutely true. Your GB12 is one of the most vsiually stunning guitars I've ever seen. I also was lucky enough to get a 2616 recently. Keep in mind that I've never really played ANY Ibanez full hollow bodied electrics until recently. I have always preferred solid bodies. The 2616 has gone a long way in a short time in stirring my interest. js |

Jeff: Glad to see that my lugging it around all day spawned something good. |
