Hi all. This is my first post and I am looking at purchasing my 1st Ibanez. Is there any reasoning behind the way Ibanez models these guitars? I.E, is there something that makes an af86 and an ak86 86's? It's all very confusing. Also, I am almost certainly buying one of the AF models. I read a review that said the AF75T doesn't really fit it the AS100C case, which is what Ibanez recommends. Is this the case? Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think the model differences include different tops and bridges. The AF has a maple top and T-O-M style bridge whereas the AK has a spruce top and a rosewood bridge.
