Hi
I have a couple of questions about the early pat metheny model guitars.I recently was gifted with a pm20 and it is quite a good guitar.It takes a while to get used to the short scale and thin neck but it IS a fine instrument. I was wondering if you could tell me what it's worth on the open market?(us$) It's a dark brown/greyish color,mint condition with original case.
I also had a question about the original issue pm100's.Were they also single cutaway and slightly larger depth wise? I remember playing one in my local music store(early to mid 90's?)and thinking it was almost as deep as a gibson L-5. It was priced back then at around 2000$ which at the time I thought was a lot of money for that guitar.Have you run across any of those for sale? I am also looking for an original tailpiece for my 'joe pass' model guitar.Can you help?
