Personally I don't know this bridge pickup. Artfield's AM66 is about the same but with a chrome covered humbucker. The bridge seems to be original. It's almost the same as the Schaller 455, which I have (without the guitar). Definitely not an original bridge pickup. Pretty rare. A few of that model, which was available in NT and CS, popped up on Ebay Germany some time ago and all of them had that same pickup configuration. The V5 was the only Humbucker with Blades that Ibanez offered at that time and is shown in the catalogs of 1985 and 1986.
