Yes sir, that's my baby! But then in red. I have a sunburst. Features 8.8 (24 responses) Sound 9.6 (25 responses) Action, Fit, & Finish 9.0 (21 responses) Reliability/Durability 9.6 (24 responses) Overall Rating 9.6 (22 responses) You may be asking: "What is there to smell in the hole? Did they forget to take out some hidden pot?" But he's right, it smells great. Certain woods can smell really sweet, like sandal (used in soap) or cypress (smell the sound hole of a good flamenco guitar). Is the maple of Korean AS guitars of a different kind than other maple? Does it smell differently? Or is it an artificial fragrance? Smell is an important part of many products. IFF (International Flavours and Fragrances) even produces a "new car" fragrance for car manufacturers. That's why we don't smell oil and grease but something we define as "new car". Smell is an important marketing instrument that is often underestimated. There's a strong correlation between smell and emotion. And guitar purchases are mainly based on emotions. It's all a matter of touching the right string. Rob Balducci doesn't seem to have a problem with that. I like his harmonics technique. Ginger |

Those of us with the AS120 knew we had something good anyway...it can do jazz and blues just as good as it can do rock!! |
