What is the price to pay for an AM205 in very good conditions?Is there anyone who knows what are the taxes( VAT, custom) that we have to pay when we buy a guitar from the USA to France?
I think it will interest all the european buyers.

I dont know
We are in the EU together and if You have the same rules as in Denmark it is something about the difference in WAT from US / France calculated
on what prise the is SET ON THE DIPATH NOTE/BILL
I have been tould that in denmark it is 7% ???
Onybody who can axplain about this

I would estimate that 700 to 800 EUR / 1000- 1200 is a normal prise for a AM205 now
You can ckek prises on ebay for sold items !!!!
Hope you get a good deal

Your price estimate on the AM205 is on the low side, Uffe.
On the same Dutch site a guy was trying to get €1500.- month after month. In fact the AM205 is just as valuable as the AS200. They had exactly the same price when they were new!
It's the luxury Stagemaster pendant of the AS200.
The shipping costs + tax from the US to the EU are enormous. If you are independant and have a VAT registration number, you can buy ex VAT within the EU. But then the guitar becomes company property.

I talked too this Dutch guy several times
He was in desperat need of money so i offered him 1000 EUR for the 1985 AM205 Super edition
He would not let it gor for under 1200 EUR
But idont think he has sold it yet
As this was going on Dave jacobs had one WERRY nice for 800 EUR with TO BIG AS case at it was here we had the discustion about cases for AM
By the way it was same plase i saw the model 2455 for 750 EUR yesterday (24-10)
By the way there a a guy ther are having a ibanes L-4 ces Maple he wants to trade/change it with a
