I have a feeling it may be for an AM or maybe an AS50 as the lower bout measures 15.5" |

I think it's an AS case. The AM50C has an extra lock on the neck part short after the body curve, because it has a relatively long neck. Logically I'd say the successor the AM100C would need the same extra lock. I am convinced that the case pictured under the name AM100C on www.Ibanez.com is in fact an AS100C. Some think otherwise. I didn't look at the inner dimensions, but at first sight the body length looks too long for an AM case. There was a thread were someone gave the right dimensions. I'll look into it, but some other time. Ginger |

Johnnie73~ That guy looking for an AS case would be me. Thanks for the post. The one listed is an AS100C, just as Ginger guessed. I already bought a new one for under $80 for my LR10. Nice fit, but it lacks a bit of under heel support. If anyone is looking for a better case for a semi, the upscale AS200C is the ticket. Great support, padding, a black inner shroud and more secure locks. They cost about $100 more than the AS100C. |
