In the case of this Ibanez model the difference is the fancy tailpiece which is used on 2374's (Gibson Rosewood Crest copies). Nice but nowhere near the quality of a real rosewood Gibson Crest model. Looks more like a rosewood stain finish than real rosewood grain to me.I would'nt touch a bolt on necked es335 style semi hollow, just my opinion. This 325 copy looks more like a "walnut stain" finish, like the instrument they were copying... The 2374's are getting a lot more money these days - the whole Brazilian Rosewood obsession is driving the price of any guitar with Brazilian Rosewood bodies up beyond what we're used to seeing.
